In the Philippines, “Sariwa” is a local term defined by its focus on locally sourced ingredients and polished takes on signature dishes. It is this focus to freshness where The Cliff Top Bar and Restaurant gathers it’s inspiration. We use the freshest ingredients we can find around the local village markets and we hope this dedication to quality ingredients will convince you of our dedication to authentic flavors from the Philippines and other tropical areas we have pull for our menu ideas.

The Cliff Top Bar and Restaurant takes it’s inspiration from the local Pinoy term “Sariwa” fresh, local ingredients sourced for our menu. All our premium cuts of meat & fresh fish are grown locally and cooked to perfection locally and enjoyed locally. Our menus feature international cuisine with a few modern Filipino dishes; all prepared with local ingredients. Our goal is to be the freshest and best restaurant in Oslob and Boljoon.
The Cliff Top Bar and Restaurant overlooks our private beach with a postcard view of the mountains and the ocean. The perfect place to enjoy some good quality home-cooked food. But don’t take our word for it come visit and enjoy for yourselves.

Breakfast: 7am-9:30am (for guests on tour before 7am a packed breakfast can be arranged)
Lunch: 11:30am to 3:30pm; Dinner: 6pm to 9pm
