Check-out time is 11:00am and check-in time is 3:00pm. A later check-out time can be arranged subject to availability for a nominal fee.
Yes. We have complimentary guest WiFi through the public areas of the resort. The public WiFi received 1.6GB of high speed internet per day. Once this high speed data is used by guests it reverts to slow speed internet.
Each Room is also equipped with it’s own internet WiFi. For a P100 charge guests have access to 1GB of high speed internet which is good for 24hour period or 1GB which ever ends first.
Tips and Suggestions to extend internet data:
1) Turn off your phones automatic updates and auto app updates.
2) Switch off your WiFi connection when you are not using it.
3) Avoid uploading full size hi-res photos or video to social media or the internet.
4) Streaming video is the fastest way to use internet data.
Yes, all of our rooms are air conditioned.
We do not accept reservations with children under the age of 15 years.
Granada Beach Resort does not permit outside food on the property. We have an onsite restaurant and wells stocked bar that offers a variety of cuisines and can accommodate dietary requirements like Gluten Free, Vegetarian and other food allergies. We don’t allow food in the rooms as we are in a tropical enviroment and the lack of food in the rooms helps keep pests under control. But also you wouldn’t bring your own food to a restaurant down the street why would you bring food to our restaurant?
With being in a tropical environment, mosquitoes can be found at dusk and dawn. In order to make your evening comfortable, we highly recommend applying insect repellent during these times of the day.
No, not a real laundry service. We can arrange to have closes cleaned but not ironed or pressed as you would find in larger hotels.
Yes, for the comfort and consideration of our non-smoking guests the rooms and restaurant/bar areas are non-smoking.
By all means! Granada Beach has its own private beach for you to enjoy, and the beautiful reef is just steps away from the waters edge.
Yes, we currently have two insured PADI Dive Instructors on permanent staff. We are proud to be able to offer our guests all level of PADI taught dive courses, from introductory diving through to professional level certifications.
